Our Service and Special Rates:
Our bike trailer is fitted so that each bike is mounted by the front fork and then safely secured down. No bike disassembly is required and race wheels, hydration systems, bento boxes, etc can all travel safely on the bike. The front wheel will be mounted safely next to the bike.We have taken extra safety precautions to make sure your bike meets you at your race safely and we have a high tech alarm system attached to our trailer.
Your bike will be treated like the expensive piece of race equipment it is. We will handle your bike with the utmost care.
We cater mainly to Texas triathletes. This means you keep your bike longer to get in that last ride before your big race and have it back sooner after the race.
Our rates cannot be beat for the high quality service we provide.
Rates are Round Trip: Bicycles are $250-$275 each, depending on the race event (please see home page to see price for each event). Wheel Bags and Race Bags are an additional $35 each. However, if you are a member of one of our partner teams using our service you will get 1 Race Bag transported for free. Just contact us for your special team discount code before signing up. Reservations are first come, first serve.
Bike Pickup from Transition - For $15, give us (instead of your friend or family member) your bike pickup ticket, and we will go to the transition area and get your bike for you. Once you have become an “Ironman”, you can let the celebrations begin as you don’t have to worry about your bike.
There is no extra insurance cost if your bike and bag are valued at less than $3K. If valued over $3K, additional supplemental insurance may be purchased.
