During my Ironman St. George training the one thing I did not want to have to worry about was how and when my Bike and Gear was going to get there. Tri Team Transport stepped up and took that stress away. They stayed in constant communication and were everywhere they said they would be, when they said they would be there. Because they are Tri-Athletes I believe there was more care put into their commitment to service. Using Tri Team Transport for IM St. George was a great experience. I did not have to worry about my bike because I knew Natasha and her team would take care of it. With bike drop off less than a week before the race I was able to continue training on my bike until just before I left town. Bike pick up in St. George was flawless and they also made it very easy to drop off the bike after the race. The communication was excellent with updates on bike pickup times (they even arrived early), post-race drop off and any other logistics that might have occurred. I never once was worried about my bike during the entire week. Thank you for getting my bike to St. George Ironman in pristine condition and fully assembled! I am proud to use a Texas company and was thrilled to have my bike leave just a couple of days, not weeks, before me and have it waiting just a couple of days post race at the local bike shop... it was ready to ride before I was! I was great not to have the hassle of my bike box in the airport and dropping off after a long event was worth every penny. First rate service by really nice folks! Convenient bike drop off location in Houston, wasn't rushed to get it there too early. Pick up in St. George was a block from the expo with the bike looking better than when it was dropped off. The one block from T2 to the trailer after the race made it so easy. My husband and I highly recommend Tri Team Transport!! They made the logistics of transporting our bikes to the Coeur D'Alene Ironman from Austin, TX, completely stress free. In the past we have air frighted our bikes and the hassle as well as the potential for damage made for an anxious trip. Tri Team Transport does not break down the bikes, nor stack them against each other, which we loved. And last, we have to mention the bike pick-up from transition after the race - what a relief!! In addition, Natasha is great. Her communication is clear and regular. She also provided her cell phone and could be reached whenever we needed. As a bonus, she's friendly, bubbly and a rider herself who knows the care that each of us wants for our equipment. Using Tri Team Transport is well worth the cost! ~Lizan
